When we see disturbing news on TV, feelings of distress, anger and fear arise in us. And much as we want to do something positive, in reality what we are doing is contributing those emotions to the field, to our world.

Instead, we can use Ho’oponopono cleaning tools to clear those feelings from our subconscious, and allow God to fill the spaces with Peace.

“In the beginning was the word.” These words are vibrations that are cleaning tools: Aloha. Thank You. I Love You.

We may not have control over the first thing that comes to our mind when we witness such an event. But we can choose our second thought, and our third…

Think or say Aloha or Thank You or I Love You to clear the negative emotions and judgments that arise, as soon as you become aware. When we do this, we contribute Peace to the field, to the world.

Please join with us and many thousands of others who practice Ho’oponopono. Our deepest gratitude to Dr. ‘Ihaleakala Hew Len for this teaching.

Aloha. Thank you. I Love You. Judith and Jim

“I believe that the doctor/client relationship is both a professional and a sacred alliance. More than the application of technique, more that a way to reduce suffering or solve problems, it is a way to know oneself more fully, to enhance quality of life, and to become more fully alive.”
